Do you feel like you give yourself enough recognition and praise for the things you set out to do and accomplish?
I know I don’t.
And I know I am not alone.
This post is me celebrating myself and all that I have accomplished in the short span of a year. I hope to encourage YOU to make your own list to celebrate YOU and all you achieve.
As the year draws to a close, it is important to take a moment to bask in the radiant glow of Self-Appreciation and Self-Love to give ourselves the recognition we so fairly deserve. In the tapestry of our lives, each accomplishment, no matter how small, is a thread weaving into a story of resilience, growth, and triumph. Reflecting on these achievements is not an exercise in vanity but an act of self-nourishment. Amidst life’s challenges, we’ve summoned the strength to overcome, the courage to face uncertainties, and the determination to persist… even when we didn’t feel like it.
It is a celebration of the countless hours of hard work, the lessons learned from obstacles or disappointments, and the unwavering spirit that propels us forward. Let this be a season of self-recognition, a time to honor our journey and a testament to the fact that within us resides a steadfast source of strength and wisdom. Shower yourself with the warmth of Self-Love, acknowledging that every step, every stumble, and every victory has contributed to the beautiful tapestry of your existence. I see you, and I honor you.
In a conversation I was having recently with a friend, I found myself discussing some of the things that I actually made happen this year. Honestly, I was surprised all the things pertinent to the conversation had all happened THIS year. Surprisingly, I did not finish some things, but after making this list, my perspective has changed significantly. No wonder I felt so busy. I am super proud of myself! The 2023 shortlist is…
