Happy Spring Equinox 2022!! It’s official! Spring is arriving this Sunday, March 20, 11:33am EDT
As all things are coming into equality and balance, we are filled with hope for the upcoming season of warmth and rebirth. On the Spring Equinox, the days and nights are equal for us all. Within our sacred space of unlimited possibilities, we are now coming into that which we invited just a few months ago in the darkness of the Winter Solstice. We have no idea what we will be facing in the coming year, or even tomorrow, as individuals and as a whole. We are living in extraordinary times. Now is the time for us to step up and change our story.
When the warmth returns, we humans often begin the ritual of “Spring cleaning.” …the perfect time to let go of the old and make way for the new. Spring is also the ideal time to release emotional rubbish as well. To prevent this stale, heavy energy from crystallizing in our bodies as dis-ease, we can employ countless tools for our personal Spring cleaning. How about trying something new? Set an intention for yourself by experimenting with a guided visualization, a breathing technique, meditation, journaling, or my favorite, a simple yet extraordinary walk in nature. There are copious ways to release that which no longer serves us. Intention is everything.
I invite you to create your own Spring Equinox Ceremony on this auspicious day. What are you ready and willing to call into your life? Let us energetically together release our fears of the unknown and call in PEACE and TRUST. Trust that ALL is in divine order and that profound good often comes from overwhelming turmoil. Find peace in the simple moments of the day. Let us dig deep to find the silver lining that is always present but sometimes difficult to see.
We are strong. We are resilient. We are stronger together, and this too shall most certainly pass. Please know you are loved and supported in ways beyond imagination. Now is the time to write our new stories of personal triumph through embracing the mystery. Happy Spring Equinox, and may your “Spring cleaning” reveal the treasure of peace and happiness right where you look for it.
