“Leave only your footprints” or, “Take only pictures” are common LNT messages you may have heard. Take photographs, observe, and learn all about the area you are visiting, but please leave anything you find so others may experience it, too. Practice sustainable outdoor exploration by resisting the urge to pick the wildflowers, remove or displace native wildlife, or bring home souvenirs.
With more and more people venturing into the outdoors, it is more important than ever to leave places as natural as possible. Thank you for doing your part to be a good “Keeper of the Land.”
