Welcome to the Leave No Trace video series. Today we are discussing Principle #3: Dispose of Waste Properly (I made TWO videos for you! Enjoy!)
You have probably heard the phrase, “Pack it in, Pack it out” and that’s the essence of what we need to do in the backcountry.
The first video is about what needs to be packed out of the backcountry. Believe it or not, even the orange peels and apple cores are just as important to pack out.
In the second video, we are discussing… you guessed it… How to poop in the woods. This short video briefly describes another very important aspect of this important principle.
Thank you for being a responsible Keeper of the Land!
